Paying for
Your Care

Insurance, Out-of-Network Benefits,
and Flexible Payment Options

We believe that you deserve exceptional, individualized care-care that prioritizes your goals,
your performance, and your long-term mobility. That’s why we provide a clear, patient-
centered approach to payment and insurance, whether you’re using insurance or paying out
of pocket.

Do you take insurance?

Yes-we are in-network with a number of insurance plans, and we’re happy to verify your benefits ahead of your appointment. For plans where we are not in-network, we can often still see you using your out-of-network benefits, and we’ll walk you through what that means and how it impacts your costs.

What does it mean to see an out-of-network physician?

Choosing an out-of-network provider gives you the freedom to select the physician you trust-rather than one your insurance plan chooses for you. Many patients find this especially valuable when they want access to specialized care, advanced treatments, or a doctor who takes the time to understand their goals and lifestyle.
While it’s true that out-of-network providers bill separately from your insurance, this doesn’t necessarily mean significantly higher costs-especially if you have a high-deductible plan, already met your deductible, or have out-of-network coverage.

What if I need surgery? Will it be covered?

The good news: the majority of surgical costs-typically 80–90%-come from the facility, anesthesia, and other associated services, which are often in-network with your insurance. That means only a small portion-usually 10–20%-comes from the surgeon’s fee, even if the surgeon is out-of-network.
We perform surgeries at a variety of facilities with broad insurance participation, so in most cases, you can still use your insurance for the majority of your surgical costs.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options, including 0% financing through Cherry, to make care more accessible. Whether you’re paying for part of your surgery or a regenerative treatment not covered by insurance, our team can help you find a solution that works with your budget.
You can also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) toward many services.

What about regenerative medicine or other cash-pay treatments?

Some of the most cutting-edge therapies we offer-like platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT), and other regenerative treatments-are not yet covered by insurance. These are considered cash-pay services, but we are transparent about pricing and offer financing options to make them accessible.
